Summit Car Care
Summit Car Care was created by Rob and built from the ground up for the Adelaide Hills and Surrounding are from experience learnt from being behind Rnegade Detailing Services for almost 10 years. With the team growing, services adapting and demand increasing Rob saw the need to split the different clients and target markets into different divisions and ended up branding them separately accordingly.
Summit Car Care is the well-rounded service team that can handle just about anything a client needs with its mobile and hills workshop-based solution.
Cars, Boats, Caravans, Floats, Bikes and more. Pretty much we will take on anything that a client needs. If it has wheels or transported on wheels, you dirty it, we detail it, pretty much sums it up.
Driven by a passionate and dedicated team, Summit Car Care aims to be the peak of car care services in the region and offering a client first focus. What does that mean? Basically, the clients' vehicles' needs are what comes first, not necessarily what the client thinks it needs or what the latest trend says but what are the desired results, how do we deliver on that and is it a good value? You will not find upselling and buzz word marketing here. If it is not a genuine requirement and we are not able to show the client that, then we do not do it.

Rob is in his early 40's, born in Whyalla, SA and has spent his teenage and adult life in the Adelaide Hills. Rob has 3 kids who range from 13 to 19 years old and they keep him pretty busy outside of work. He has a Short-Haired Boarder Collie "Jax" who is never far from a tennis ball or the job site and serves as the Chief Distraction Officer and Company Mascot.
He fell in love with cars as a young kid visiting a motor museum and having owned a range of cars from his beloved Holden Gemini that was his first car to his 944 Porsche and multiple 4wheel drives over the years.
Rob has had many different job experiences in life, however none of them were offering the sense of fulfilment, enjoyment, results and satisfaction that he found when he started detailing. The challenges that each client and their vehicle offers keep the challenge alive along with constant industry and product developments to learn and experience.
Rob loves to be outdoors where possible, prefering to be on the mountain bike some where in a Forest or Bike Park and still loving camping, fishing, 4wheel driving.

The Summit Car Care Team prides itself on offering a client & vehicle first focused solution. Spending the time with each prospective client to find out what their needs and expectations are to make sure they get the service and attention to detail that their vehicle needs.
Client education is a key part in the business to make sure they are getting the best value for services knowing what products are being used, why they are being used, techniques that will help them in the long run to maintain or prevent damage occurring. Providing a detailing service is not enough, helping the client understand why we do what we do is just as important.
Genuine service that does not “upsell” a product or service to help the bottom line, but rather to help the client and their vehicle is far more important.
Finding solutions to problems is critical, whether it is involving the vehicle’s needs, clients location restraints, time frame required or anything else that appears – we strive to find a solution to service the clients to the best of our abilities.
Staying away and not getting caught up in the hype and buzz words that the industry has around new products and services, staying true to client 1st focus and only offering services and products that have the client’s needs as the priority.
